It was a nice place for longer stay. I had standard queen room that also was complete with good airco, relaxing beds plus sunlight. The staff was well-trained plus the location was unbeatable. The specialties were delicious and served in the fantastic restaurant. I had very good experience and would come there again.

The room is modern and huge with their own baths. The location is particularly good in a relatively quiet area, right by the outdoor restaurant, the beach and very kind people, and the Sports Bar down below.

Spent a delightful Christmas vacation at this hotel. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
Not much to complain about, but the water in the bath didn't get very hot. However, considering the warm weather outside, it wasn't a big issue.

We loved the comfortable pillows and bed, the clean and spacious rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was also top-notch, especially the Italian and sushi restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant was better than okay, with buffet options that offered great value for money. The coffee shop inside the hotel had delicious pastries and decent coffee, although they could improve their juice selection. The fresh egg stand and option for ordering pancakes, eggs, and omelettes was a nice touch, and the availability of soya milk was greatly appreciated.
All was perfect.

The highlight of our stay at Mamba Point was the exceptional service we received from the staff. When we had an issue with our camera battery and charger, Moses and Rudolf went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. The front of house team, led by the super efficient and charming Rabih, attended to our every need, making sure our restrictive food diet was accommodated and providing helpful assistance with transport and other requests. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The comfortable beds and immaculate pool were additional highlights of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent with an amazing view. Next to the hotel, you can find an entertaining area with an amazing restaurant , bowling, and a popular club on weekends. The breakfast is basic, but you can ask for eggs, pancakes, and espresso.
Felt extremely safe, no complaints.

Fred
The hotel is situated near the ocean, offering a decent view in the outdoor restaurant. the housekeeping is average in quality and the rooms need more cleanliness. Though the breakfast is okay, the service is substandard. the amenities are outdated and rooms are old-fashioned.
The location is quite far from the city center.
